A Prowler is a more sophisticated professional than your average Smasher or Opportunity Thief. A Prowler is like the older wiser more mature Opportunity Thief and at one point decides to become more organized in order to maximize their gain from their robbery. Targeted Burglars
These are your pros. Targeted Burglars are specialized in stealing specific valuable items. After living as a Prowler this burglar decides to focus on one thing to the best of his/her ability.
